Policies

Our memberships are designed for regular, consistent practice. Members who take extended breaks beyond six weeks per year or who frequently stop and restart may find our style of practice not suited to their goals.

You’re required to attend a minimum of 1 class per week. If you’re unable to commit to this we may need to review whether the membership is the right option for you.

Unused credits roll over into the following weekly billing cycle, after which they expire. Rolled-over credits must be used in addition to your usual weekly allocation and cannot be used while your membership is paused.

A minimum of two people is required for a class to go ahead. If you're the only person booked into a class, we may ask you to move to another session.

We’re generally open on public holidays but there might be times when our team would also like to spend time with their families. You’ll be notified in advance if the studio will be closed and to book into a different class.

We don’t do lock-in contracts or sign up fees. Membership payments are weekly (Monday) and all we ask is for you to commit at least 50 mins of your week to moving with us.

You can pause your membership for up to six weeks per year in minimum one week blocks.

Studio Guidelines

Clothing with zippers/metal hardware and excessive jewellery are not permitted as these can damage the apparatus (it’s all custom-made in Turkey so can take months for replacements to arrive. We’d like to preserve it for as long as possible please).

We spend a lot of time on the floor so please leave shoes at the door to help us keep the studio clean.

Out of respect for your teachers, other members and for your own wellbeing, please don’t come to class if you’re unwell. You’ll be politely asked to leave.

For hygiene reasons socks are compulsory for all classes. Grip socks and regular socks are all good.

Please keep phones and smartwatches on silent during class.

Weight change/control isn’t an intended outcome of Pilates practice, but you know what is? Getting stronger and increasing flexibility so we can be more mobile legends in life. Let’s keep the weight and diet chat out of the studio please.

Class Guidelines

Please be mindful that other members might not be up for a chat and give them space to focus on their movement.

We don't believe there's a right or wrong way to move. Ask yourself instead, 'am I challenging myself? Am I listening to what my body needs right now?'

You don't need to apologise for asking questions - your teachers are here to support you.

Studio Apparatus members: you're not expected to finish your program each session. Take your time, listen to your body and focus on the exercises that your mind/body needs.

To help preserve our equipment, please avoid spraying the cleaning solution directly onto the springs. Wiping them with a cloth is fine.
