"It doesn't matter how hectic my day has been when I walk through those doors it's a welcoming + peaceful environment. The way the class is set up it doesn't feel like just another workout class, it feels like it's been designed for what my body needs. I always leave the class feeling I've been challenged + knowing I've been able to push myself that little bit more than the last time."

"I'm developing a better + healthier understanding of my body and what can be achieved using simple yet complex movement.
The ability to overcome challenges has been made greater with the knowledge that I'm taking an active role in improving my health by coming to Pilates.
Also, the fact it's a mat Pilates class + not a fitness class disguised as a Pilates class."

"The main reason I keep coming back is Carly but also the way the classes are structured, the engagement of the group, it's fun, I really enjoy the classes + I get a great workout.
I feel confident on my feet, especially after a knee replacement. The stretches are really great + I get a lot of relief doing this. Definitely helps the joints + muscles with the gardening work. I just feel that this is the right exercise for me."
