Studio Apparatus
If you thought Pilates was just Matwork and Reformer, let us introduce you to even more of the magic that is Pilates; in our studio you'll find a Cadillac, Tower, Ladder Barrel, Wunda Chairs, Arm Chair, Spine Corrector and small props.
We personally feel that everyone benefits from working on the apparatus. It both challenges and supports you wherever you're at in life. Whether you're managing prehab/rehab, looking for more of a strength style workout or maybe you've noticed you're not moving as well as you used to, this is where it's at.

Our classes focus on working through the body as a whole, as Joseph Pilates intended.

The apparatus can look intimidating but we promise it's not as scary as you think. We could tell you how amazing you'll feel afterwards but the best way to decide is to feel it for yourself!

We can also work with your Allied Health Professionals if you're currently under their care.

How many people in a class?
up to 4 people

Are there any pre-requisites?
You'll need to complete your Intro to Studio Apparatus before entering the group classes. This is a single private session where you'll work with your teacher on movement goals and be guided through the studio apparatus.

What's expected of me?
Commitment to at least one class per week: 50mins of your week where you can focus on you.
Patience with yourself: practice takes time.
For best results: aim for 2 - 3 classes per week if you can.

Can I attend casually?
It takes consistent practice to work through your program so these classes are only available with a weekly membership.
