Matwork
Our Matwork classes are where the Aniko Pilates journey began back in 2020 and not a lot has changed. You'll be bending, flexing, rolling, twisting and rocking your way to becoming your stronger and more flexible self.

How many people in a class?
up to 6 people

Are there any pre-requisites?
No, but if you are pre/post natal, find it difficult getting up and down from the floor or have trouble weightbearing on your knees you might like to check out our Studio Apparatus classes instead.

What's expected of me?
Commitment to at least one class per week: one hour of your week where you can focus on you.
Patience with yourself: practice takes time.
1 class a week is great but, if you can, aim for 2 - 3 classes a week. That's the real sweet spot.

Can I attend casually?
Yes, but we highly recommend attending at least one class a week. Consistency is key.
