You might be new to Pilates, maybe you want to prepare for a knee/shoulder procedure that's coming up in the next 6 - 12 months or you might've already done that and now want to increase your weekly rehab sessions. Or maybe you're looking to add some mobility work to your strength training. ​We can also work alongside your Allied Health Professional if you're currently under their care.
